Terms and Conditions

1. Company Information

Xpress Parking Services, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company that provides parking management, valet parking, event parking, parking enforcement, and related parking services throughout the United States.

Certain parking facilities operated by Xpress Parking are owned by third-party property owners. Xpress Parking may manage these facilities on behalf of the property owner and reserves all rights necessary to administer and enforce parking rules at each location.

2. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services provided by Xpress Parking, including but not limited to:

These Terms also govern your use of any parking facility managed by Xpress Parking regardless of whether payment is made online, by mobile device, QR code, kiosk, attendant, or other payment method.

3. Acceptance of Parking Terms

By entering a parking facility managed by Xpress Parking, parking a vehicle, allowing another individual to park your vehicle, utilizing valet services, or otherwise using Company services, you agree to these Terms.

Posted signs, parking instructions, payment requirements, time limitations, towing notices, and other facility-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms.Where facility-specific rules differ from these Terms, the posted rules applicable to that parking facility shall control.

4. Parking License

Your use of a parking facility creates a temporary revocable license to occupy a parking space.

No leasehold interest, bailment (except as specifically provided for valet services), property right, or ownership interest is created by parking at any facility managed by Xpress Parking.

The Company reserves the right to revoke parking privileges at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable facility rules.

5. Parking Availability

Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless a written agreement specifically provides for reserved parking.

The Company does not guarantee parking availability.

Temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, weather, emergencies, construction, special events, governmental actions, or operational needs.

Parking rates are established for each individual facility.

Payment is due in accordance with the payment instructions posted at each parking facility.

8. Pricing Errors

Although Xpress Parking strives to ensure all pricing information is accurate, pricing errors, typographical mistakes, system malfunctions, technical errors, or inadvertent omissions may occur.

The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing error without prior notice.

Erroneous pricing does not create a contractual right to receive parking services at an incorrect rate.

9. Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated herein, all parking purchases are final.

Refunds will not be issued because:

Once a vehicle has entered a parking facility, no refund shall be provided.

If Xpress Parking determines that an incorrect or duplicate charge was processed due to Company error, the overcharge will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Monthly Parking Permits

Monthly parking permits automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Permit holders agree to pay all recurring monthly fees until cancellation becomes effective.

Monthly permits are personal licenses to park and are not transferable without written Company approval.

11. Cancellation of Monthly Parking

Monthly parking customers must provide at least thirty (30) days' advance written notice to cancel a monthly permit.

No prorated refunds shall be issued for unused portions of any monthly billing period.

Monthly fees remain due during the required notice period.

Failure to use a parking permit does not relieve the permit holder of payment obligations.

12. Changes to Monthly Rates

Monthly parking rates may be modified upon advance notice to permit holders.

Continued use of a parking permit after the effective date of a rate adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

13. Lost Tickets

Customers unable to produce a parking ticket upon exiting a facility shall be charged the applicable daily parking rate for each day the vehicle has been present in the facility, as determined by Company records or other available evidence.

The Company reserves the right to require proof of vehicle ownership before releasing any vehicle when a parking ticket cannot be produced.

15. Third-Party Services

Xpress Parking may utilize third-party service providers to facilitate certain aspects of its parking operations and website functionality, including but not limited to payment processors, mobile applications, reservation platforms, license plate recognition systems, text messaging services, mapping services, website hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support platforms, and other technology vendors.

The use of any third-party service may be subject to that provider's separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Xpress Parking is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, products, services, or content provided by any third party. The inclusion or use of any third-party service does not constitute an endorsement of that provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpress Parking disclaims liability for any damages, losses, delays, service interruptions, data breaches, or other issues arising from or relating to the services provided by third-party vendors.

Xpress Parking maintains social media accounts and may communicate with customers through platforms including, but not limited to:

By interacting with Xpress Parking through social media, users also agree to comply with the applicable terms of service and policies of the respective social media platform.

Customers should not submit sensitive personal information, payment information, or confidential account information through social media messaging. Xpress Parking reserves the right to remove comments or content that are unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or otherwise inappropriate.

18. Appeals and Customer Support

Questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, parking citations, appeals, billing issues, refund requests, monthly parking permits, or other customer service matters may be directed to:

Customers seeking to appeal a parking citation or enforcement action should include all relevant information, including the parking facility, vehicle license plate number, citation number (if applicable), date and time of the incident, and any supporting documentation. Submission of an appeal does not automatically suspend any payment obligations, enforcement actions, or collection efforts unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Xpress Parking.

Xpress Parking will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to customer inquiries and appeals in a timely manner; however, response times are not guaranteed. Xpress Parking reserves the right to make the final determination regarding appeals, refunds, and customer disputes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
